Assist clients in defining warehousing and inventory requirements whether for inbound raw material or outbound distribution and delivery
	Provide an understanding of value-added services offered such as pick & pack, light assembly, kitting, reverse logistics, returns processing, small package fulfillment
	Give insights on industry best practices, alternative distribution and warehousing scenarios, vendor-managed inventory, bonded and non-bonded facilities, cross-docking, pool distribution, etc.
	Provide awareness and statistics on the economic benefits of outsourcing to a 3PL versus warehousing and providing fulfillment in-house. Generate financial models based on typical pricing/cost structures and standard contract terms
	Describe efficient container management systems, and the handling of “reusable packaging” returns (ie. totes, pallets, containers, racks, etc) to suppliers and vendors, commonly found in discrete manufacturing (ie. automotive)
